Jessica Fletcher, played by the incredible actor Angela Lansbury, is a best-selling mystery writer who lives in Cabot Cove, Maine, but often travels the world for work, and very often run into a real murder that she brilliantly solve.She is a retired English teacher that after the death of her beloved husband Frank finds solace in keeping herself busy writing a mystery novel, The Corpes Danced at Midnight. Her nephiew Grady show the manuscript to an editor, and suddenly Jessica becomes an internation famous mystery writer. Her acumen, her sense of justice, and her attention to details makes her an incredible detective, so for twelve amazing seasons she solves a crime atfer the other, for the delight of the audience.
